APLS - Rigid
The APLS Rigid is a rapidly inflatable, portable litter that provides the structural benefits of a traditional military litter, while improving the evacuation and transportation of injured personnel particularly in remote, rugged location.

Easily inflated with a compressed gas cartridge, APLS Rigid offers absorbent, buoyant, and thermal properties.

Equipped with a heavy gauge nylon skid plate that prevents punctures, APLS Rigid can slide on snow or be used as a raft, ideal for waterborne evacuation of injured soldiers or civilians in remote areas.

The absorbent top sheet contains and controls blood and bodily fluids, thus reducing the risk of cross contamination. A treated nylon backing protects against wind and moisture, while a reflective inner lining holds in heat and protects against hypothermia.

Lightweight and rugged, APLS Rigid contains very little metal,
minimizing detection when carried into the battlefield.
